I've tried to put my device in a healthy state using Device Doctor.
In the very last stage of the process I got the following message:
Okay! New keys in place, your device will not restart.
New Key Created!
The Doctor didn't complete successfully. Make sure your device is in DFU mode (blinking yellow), and that your computer is online.: I couldn't find the file: 230022000947363335343832_rsa_new.der
What should I do with that????
By the way: even after neglecting this message, the device seems to behave normal; i.e. I can flash software and I can communicate withe the device through Particle.varaibles and particle.functions.
Initially I have had very good success with Particle Doctor, but the last couple of times I have been experiencing some errors as well. Usually my advice would be “If is ain’t broken, don’t try to fix it”… but it if it for a product going to a client, I would want to make sure the firmware on there is stable and done cause problems going forward.
