I am looking to create a small circuit board which has a GYROSCOPE IC that I can add (surface mount). I found one, IC GYROSCOPE MEMS 3AXIS LP 16LGA which I think would work but not for sure.
Can anyone suggest any other ones that would work. I looking for the IC and not a full board that I have seen.
Any help on this would be good.
What I would do is find a complete breakout board at Adafruit or Sparkfun. Since you will also need a software driver for it, they generally have one for Arduino, which can be compiled on Particle with little or no change.
The other advantage is that they both provide full schematics and in many cases, Eagle CAD design files for their boards. From that, you can just order the same chip from Digikey, Mouser, etc. to incorporate in your own design.
