Control differential or single-ended impedance for balanced RF


I’m designing a PCB that uses the Tracker SoM. It doesn’t look like the SoM includes a connector for the NFC antenna, unfortunately, so I’m adding that on my carrier board. Referring to the Tracker One schematics, it looks like the signal is being routed as a balanced pair, not single-ended. Do I need to control the impedance of the pair to ensure 50 ohm differential impedance, then, or would I want each trace be 50 ohm single-ended?
