Console Device Count wrong

I have created some products in the console for testing and ran into an issue with the device count: It’s too high.
One product has 13 devices, and the device count in the billing section says 25. It won’t let me add any new devices without upgrading the plan.
If I remove a device, the device count stays at 25.
Same for another product: Device count 24, actual devices: 23…

Anyone else seeing a similar issue?

Hey @ahk,

I went ahead and corrected the device count for your products. I also tried adding/removing a device for both products from the console UI and successfully saw the device count decrement as expected.

You should be good to go now, but I would love to know if this continues happening. If it does, it would be super helpful to know the exact steps you took to remove the device from the product, and the device IDs that were removed.

Also – if there is anyone else in the community who is experiencing something similar, please let me know!
