CLI still prompting npm install -g particle-cli (Jan 19)

Hi,

I was using the CLI today and I got a prompt to update my current version of the CLI, and it is still prompting- npm install -g particle-cli

I'm running window 7 and I know I recently upgraded using the windows installer to v1.27.0. In the distant past I had run 'npm install -g particle-cli' on my laptop, which was also setup using the installer, and it REALLY messed up the CLI, and took me a long time to sort out. From that I got the impression npm install -g particle-cli is not recommend.. But the CLI is still prompting it. Might it be worth changing the prompt?

I know its casued others problems when they had initially installed using the installer.

particle-cli v1.27.0

! A newer version (1.37.0) of particle-cli is available.
! Upgrade now by running: npm install -g particle-cli

Welcome to the Particle Command line utility!
Version 1.27.0

Maybe the CLI is now multiple times on your desktop PC installed: sometimes over npm and the installer?
