I was working on a project on one electron with an activated sim. The antenna connector soldered to the board snapped off. I went and found another electron that hasn’t been used before. I connected a new antenna just in case and moved the sim of the old device to the new.
I keep getting blinking green for more than 10 minutes. The. Sometimes it breaths cyan for a couple of seconds and goes back to flashing green.
Am I missing a step? Is this pure signal issue or is this a problem with the claim process?
