Cant upload firmware to RBLab Ble Nano v1 with Particle debugger

I bought a new debugger, because my original debugger is lost.
When I try to upnload the firmware(moving hex file to DAPLINK(E:)), I get an error - not enough space, then my board and debugger hang. My firmware is 436kb. Also I tied less size firmware - no results. I tried to update the firmware from here https://armmbed.github.io/DAPLink/, but I get an error - timeout.

PS I use Mbed compiler to create Nano program

Also I have tried to upload default particle debugger firmware https://github.com/particle-iot/debugger/blob/master/firmware/, but after I have ASSERT.TXT
