Can't submit support ticket to transfer ownership of organization to another user

I visited support.particle.io however it appears to simply tell me to post in the forum here.

I don't think there is any facility to submit support tickets to Particle any more. Is this true?

I'd like to transfer ownership of a Particle Organization to another acount.

Is me creating this forum post the recommended way to do this?
