Can't add libraries to project - Dev

I though Particle Dev had the library manager functionality like the browser IDE… I can view libraries, view source, go to git etc from Dev. but it refuses to lat me add them to the project. The blue use button doesn’t have the menu to do this. Whats going on? I’m on Dev 1.18.0 with 0.62

Have you first created a proper project with project.properties file and the correct project structure?

Thanks figured it out - I has some scripts I’d been messing with to automate stuff in OSX (backup my Photon Projects, run USB flashing etc) looks like some stuff got moved/renamed in error and confused Dev (and me !)
