See subject. App can see Photon by its SSID but attempting to connect times out - sometimes with error “Please try running setup again after resetting your Photon and putting it back into…”. Photon blinks blue as it should. Tried a few power cycles, resets, holding setup button, etc - no help at all.

on 5th attempt (without changing anything in between, just restarting powershell and starting over), the CLI setup worked…
