Can I download the code from the web IDE to the desktop IDE

I just download the desktop IDE. Now I want to be able to download the code on the online IDE to the desktop IDE.

Is there a way to do this, or do I have to copy and paste everything?
And if I do that, will there be any problem with the libraries used in the online IDE?

Currently you need to copy paste the source code, but libraries can be used just the same.
