Boron - Rogers connectivity Issues - Canada, Vancouver

Connectivity to Rogers has been very flaky since this morning - Borons will try to connect with flashing cyan, but can't connect. I raised a ticket through support. The last time I reported this issue was Jun 23, 2025


There was definitely something happening in Canada (for both Telus and Rogers) over the weekend, but most devices reconnected fairly quickly. It appears to have been something regional related to the carriers.
(Green spikes are a periodic pattern that's present outside the window)

Thanks for confirming. As these are customer-impacting and weren't detected by the particle team, is there anything that can be improved to report these issues faster to you, so that they can be addressed within a faster response time?

Regional issues are typically short-lived and low impact - primarily caused by carrier upgrades/changes etc.

If it affects a broad portion of devices, our alerts will trigger and it will be escalated to the MVNO and from there to the carriers.
