My Boron is blinking cyan then blink once red. From what I read this is a key issue.
I tried to follow the steps from this link: Device Blinking Cyan | Troubleshooting | Particle
and got result:

I don’t think you have a keys error, I think you have a different cellular data communication error. Could you get a log from either of:

It's not possible to tell exactly what's wrong, but it looks like you can't send or receive IP data even though you were able to establish a PDP session. One cause of this is a bad APN.
Unfortunately we have no visibility into 3rd-party SIM networks so there's no way to tell if there's a SIM configuration or other issue that's causing it.
