Azure Integration terminal part out of spec

Hi Particle Community,

I was recently working on the Azure integration which seems to be working, but I wasn’t able to verify my device was connected with iothub-explorer. IT seems that program isn’t used anymoe

The equivalent command in the Azure CLI is: az iot hub monitor-events

Unfortunately with the new Azure CLI program, I wasn’t able to figure out how to do the event monitoring to confirm everything was working OK.

Is there a way the tutorial could be updated?

I’ve added a task to update the Azure tutorial, but hopefully someone here knows a quick solution as it probably won’t be possible to do before the end of the year.
