Argon showing up as unknown in particle app

Hi, I have two argons that are showing up as unknown devices in the particle app:

The particle console seems to know what they are:

Does anyone know how to fix this?

The device argon1 is part of a product. All product devices show up as “Other” or “Unknown” in the mobile apps and build.particle.io.

Is it possible to change the WiFI credentials using the mobile app for an argon device that is part of a product? Or, how is this typically done?

I have implemented a web BT frontent to configure wifi on Argon devices. It works, but is far from polished:

Web frontend:

simpleiot/simpleiot/blob/master/frontend/public/ble.js

Device side:

simpleiot/firmware/blob/master/siot-fw/src/siot-fw.ino

Again, it needs some cleanup work, but posting in case anyone else is interested in a solution like this.
