A login timeout occurred during the initial setup

I successfully connected the Tachyon to a monitor and am currently attempting the initial setup.

All settings have been completed, but I encountered an issue during the final account login step. Although I entered the correct ID and password, a “login timeout” warning appeared.

  • The internet connection is working properly.
  • There are no issues with the account.

I would like to understand why this warning occurred and how I can resolve it.

Hi @Computervision I don't show any Particle accounts with an email of test2@gmail.com. Can you confirm that you're logging in with a valid account for login.particle.io?

This email address was entered as a temporary one because I did not want to disclose my personal email address.
I had already entered the correct account information, and after the login timeout warning appeared, I entered test2@gmail.com.

And to confirm, your Tachyon can connect to the internet? What color is the LED flashing?

Have you tried a factory reset? Breathing green means it's connected to the broad internet, but not to the Particle Cloud which would explain the timeout.

I would like to know how to connect it to the Particle Cloud.

I have already completed the process of holding the power button for 3 seconds as instructed.

However, even after more than a day, it is still not connected to the cloud.

Not yet, If it is not connected by today, I’ll try resetting it tomorrow.
