2 photons that are flashing rapidly

Hi,

I have two photons, out of a batch, that I can’t get to work properly. They rapidly flash between yellow and cyan. They cannot be programmed at all. I have tried:

reset
reconnect to wifi
reloading firmware from dfu-util
safe mode
just waiting a day or two and trying again

Nothing has worked. Here’s a video of the issue:

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

That’s a issue with the keys.
Have a search for red burst or orange burst to find the relevant forum threads.
