Xenon in stuck in listen mode

Hi

I have just added a xenon to the mesh and flashed blink led. its now stuck in listen mode.
updated firmware 1.4.0
updated bootloader 1.2.1
serial inspect shows
Dependencies: FAIL
Bootloader module #0 - version 401
Radio stack module #0 - version 202
Which looks to me to be fine
any clues as im now 3 xenons in trouble!!

Hi all

Managed to get the Xenon back. Basically missed the “particle usb reset” & “particle usb start-listening” between flashing --usb and —serial for the bootloader.
