Where is Particle.h?

I just shifted from Web IDE to VSCode. Where is the Library file for “Particle.h”? I can compile on the cloud but I am unable to compile locally. I checked the library files listed on Particle Docs (Particle Search), but it is not in the list.

It’s part of the toolchain located at
<user>/.particle/toolchains/deviceOS/<version>/user/inc
