I would love to have a spark core with BLE and WIFI! 
Me too, and it should able to act as central and peripheral.
I have it on my TO-DO list and have explored a little.
Is this a shield that people are interested in?

That would indeed be really nice! Isn’t it, however, already on some secret Spark future plan? Seeing as we’ve got the new CCxxxx chips, with the ARM included, there would be some place left where the ARM is now 
Would make for a great match. I could definitely live with a shield though !
