so i just found out about particle and i am trying to get particle to run a file on my raspberry pi but i have no idea how, i have installed the particle agent on it but now what. what do i do

Particle on Raspberry Pi was deprecated a while ago: https://docs.particle.io/raspberry-pi
If you’d like to go further with Particle, I’d recommend buying a supported development board: https://store.particle.io/
If you’d like to stick with Raspberry Pi, I’d recommend looking into Adafruit IO: https://io.adafruit.com/
