User friendly Serial Monitor

Hi,

Is there someone who knows a good and user-friendly serial monitor for mac (like the arduino one). I’m currently using the terminal, as probably most other people, but i find this a bit inconvenient since it’s loosing connecting every time i reset or reprogram the core. It would be nice if i could reconnect with one press of a button instead of retyping the address in the command line.

I’m not a Mac user persay, I have an ancient G5 Tower… but I have no idea about this software personally, I just hear a lot of people use it:
