so im having some problems updating my spark core, I’ve gone down the road of using cmd prompt and getting to the point of dfu-util -l

how do I go from here to installing spark-cli. I have tried a few of the tutorials but cannot work out how to get past this stage.

You can use the command spark flash --usb xxxx.bin but might want to consider upgrading to the newer particle-cli
