Do we have to get a different SIM if we want to use a T-mobile tower and no ATT is nearby?
I have the 2G only Electron.
I assume you are from USA and the information from: https://www.particle.io/cellular shows that 
sim has both AT&T and T-Mobile serving as the operator.
So the sim should work fine.
