Spark-setup-android app cannot find Photon in SoftAP mode

Hey,

Having an issue with the app. After I login using particle credentials, when I click ready button to scan for devices in SoftAP mode, it can’t find any. If I go to my Android wifi settings, I definitely see the particle SoftAP.

Anyone else run into this issue, and come across a way to fix this?

I followed steps specified here: https://docs.particle.io/reference/android/#android-device-setup-library

right upto the Advanced portion of the instructions. Before moving to Advaced stuff, I figured I’d get the basic app working and testing.

Any help is appreciated.

Yes, i have the same problem and don’t know how to fix it…
