RF interference by Serial port

Just FYI.
I have a GPS unit connected to the Serial1 pins on a Photon.
Every time that the GPS sends a message out on its TX pin, my mouse jumps about 2 inches on the screen. The wireless mouse is unusable.
It is all breadboard and loose wires, but I just thought I would put it on the record regardless.
