Reclaiming a Boron

Hello all,

I'm a teacher and I work with young students. One of the boron's I ordered was registered by a student who used a fake/temp email service to register a boron. That student has lost access to the email and doesn't know the log in information to the account they created. What can I do to reclaim the boron?
