I recently published some instructions for setting up an Argon without using the mobile app. I haven't done the equivalent for the Boron yet, but you might be able to glean what you need from my Argon tutorial?

Local Argon setup without mobile apps

I’ve worked out instructions for how to set up an out-of-the-box fresh-from-the-factory Argon from scratch, without using the mobile apps. I will add the specific instructions for Borons and Xenons later.
