Put photon in listening Mode from web

Can I put the photon in listening mode from the web (https://build.particle.io)

Why?

Because, my photon is installed on the ceil of my office, and each month the company change the WiFi password.

The ideal scenario would be to change the SSID and password from the web. (before the old SSID and password change, obviously)

Any suggestion?

  1. You can add a Particle.function() in your code to trigger LM or even set the new credentials (as long you got contact).
  2. You can also write some code that forces your Photon into LM if you can’t connect to WiFi for extended periods of time.
  3. You can also add a set of “fallback” credentials to connect via your mobile hotspot to still connect to the cloud and use 1.
