Have folks who preordered the Photon (first batch, and I even got in on the first 1000 for free shipping, received their Photons, or at least an email about them? I haven’t heard or seen anything yet :frowning: And yes, I sent Particle an email but haven’t heard back and I’m an impatient SOB …

I ordered on March and today I checked my order, found it is still a open order which is not paid yet. I assume the photons are shipped for those who had paid. A idea for particle is to make more distributor around the world, that is how seeedstudio is doing right now.

A million times this. I have asked if they are including these orders in their timelines (see above), and have gotten NO response.

And my order was charged but is simply showing fulfillment as “failed” now. Emailed support but haven’t heard a thing.

Just an FYI I purchased a headerless Photon Sunday 6/28 and got a charge notification today 6/29. Looks like headerless Photons are more available?
