Photodiodes w mesh kit

Hi,

I preordered some mesh kits: an argon and several xenons.

I’m wondering what type of photodiode these are? Part number? There seem to be two different ones; one is slightly larger than the others.

I think you have a normal 5mm white LED (with rounded top), a photo diode (with flat top) likely is an Osram SFH 203 P - Photo Diode, 75° Half Sensitivity, 1nA Dark Current, 850nm, T-1 3/4 (5mm)-2 Pins and 2 x 220ohms resistors in the little bag.

Thanks. No, the LED is the LED; these are two slightly different photodiodes.
