Particle list says my device is online but it is offline!

Hello,
I am using particle list to determine if my device is online or not. The results from particle list say that the device is online, but my device is offline. I tried closing the terminal and executing the command in a new terminal. It’s still the same.

How often are the results from particle list refreshed?

What device is this, an electron perhaps? Those don’t really have an online/offline state due to the protocol used.

Here are some results related to this:

particle list | grep deviceName says that deviceName is offline

But curl https://api.particle.io/v1/products/xxxx/devices?access_token=TKN says that the device is online.

The device is of type P1
