Option to compile locally not available?

In Particle Workbench, after creating a new project, I don’t see an option to compile locally, which it sounds like I should be seeing.

When I choose Install Local Compiler I get a message that the toolchain is available, and .particle/toolchains/gcc-arm/5.3.1 seems to have lots of goodness inside.

Any ideas?

Are you using ctrl-shift-P Show Command Palette? That only lists Particle: Cloud Compile for me. However, when I use ctrl-shift-B Run Build Task I get the option to Particle: Compile application (local) and also to flash locally.
