Hi - I just received my tachyon and I wanted to inform folks that when you go to settings and check the bluetooth, it says “No Bluetooth Found - Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth”. However, in the terminal, “sudo bluetoothctl” works fine and everything is good.
Hi @brady_trexler !
We are still working on getting the GNOME settings app working correctly with the builtin bluetooth controller hardware.
As you point out, you can control it directly from the command line with bluez / bluetoothctl. We have also preinstalled the blueman GUI program that does detect the built in bluetooth controller. It effectively uses the same bluez commands that you can send directly with bluetoothctl
I am also having issues. I am able to connect to a Bluetooth speaker using the Bluetooth settings app and by command line, but I don't get any audio output.
