I preordered the MUON635 in May 2024 and, as of Feb 2026, there is still no confirmed shipping date.
Over the past ~2 years, I have followed up multiple times and received shifting timelines. Most recently, support indicated that no firm shipment date is available and has been directing customers toward refunds.
I would like to understand:
• Has anyone actually received their MUON635?
• Is there an official roadmap update post-acquisition?
• Is the product still actively planned for release?
I am genuinely interested in the product and would prefer delivery over refund, but clarity would be appreciated.

I believe you’ve received a response and options for your particular situation via a ticket.
The M635 is not yet shipping.
I can’t comment further, but this has been sent along to the team. We expect a formal response soon.

Hi all!
A quick MUON635 update from the team for May (and apologies for the April miss).
The team has been heads-down with our new NTN connectivity partner, and we're working through the final pieces on that side. Testing is going well and we're confident in the direction. Still not ready to commit to a ship date, but we'd rather wait until we can give you one we'll actually hit.
