Has there been any official announcements I’ve missed regarding the MUON635?
It seems to be badly delayed, would be good to understand what is happening?
I understand delays when its new tech but I agree it would be good to get an update on the reversed ship date.
No reply from support anymore and with the news of Digi purchase, I feel like this will never happen now.

Yes, following Digi’s acquisition of Particle, we are committed to bringing this product to market. Starting this month, we will be providing regular community updates here to keep everyone informed as things progress, so you won't be left waiting in silence.
We are currently actively working through alignment with our manufacturing and connectivity partners. We do not have a confirmed timeline to share just yet, but again, this is not a product that has been shelved.
Given the renewed momentum and our confidence in the release, we encourage customers to hold their preorders. We believe the wait will be worth it. That said, we understand if the uncertainty to date has been too much, and the refund option remains available for those who need it.

I've asked for an official update, but testing is underway at the moment.
