Locate ‘missing’ device in Console

I registered two Photon2’s and two B524’s before a period of illness. At the time I was also in the process of moving between email addresses. The devices were installed under 2 different email addresses.

All 4 devices successfully connect to the Particle server. I can locate 3 of these device
using the console but the fourth is nowhere to be found. How can I locate this device?

If you DM me the serial number or Device ID of the missing device I can locate which email address it is assigned to. (Click on the handle next to my picture and select Message.)
