LED breaths Cyan but not connection to local IDE

hi guys:
my photon is breathing Cyan, but the problem is that the local IDE doesn’t breath Cyan. Everytime I compile, it says undefined. How to solve this problem.

local IDE? Are you referring to Particle Dev?
