Over 20 Devices just went down

We have the site visit issue as well… Not able to reach devices or gateways. There is for sure something impacting connectivity to the Particle cloud. I very much hope that there is an option to recover devices without site visits… I’m looking at the documentation now and hoping there is some way to reach gateway & edge nodes. Impacted are our Argon, Boron, and Xenon devices. _Todd
