High cellular bandwidth suddenly

Hi All, I experienced something odd/wrong today, I have received 4 emails pausing my sim cards as i exceed data, please see the picture below, my devices only send data every 5 min and i had these for long time and normally they reach 6 MBs which is fine , but the messages today telling me i reach 60 MBs , wow? any idea what happening , any one have the same?
