Is the cellular fleet acting up for anyone else right now? We're seeing lots of frequent disconnects, plus errors like 'failed to call functions' and 'get variable' failures today.
I had my team check your fleet - no obvious signs, other than generally low signal levels. Cloud disconnects across the two products were high, and the round trip times are elevated.
Your devices are scattered across North America, so it’s not a regional issue either.
These would both explain the issues with commands going through. The adverse weather will impact RF performance too.
There was only one cellular disconnect in the last 24 hours.
The rest of the Particle fleet is operating normally, and the Cellular metrics are all normal.
