At irregular intervals, my Particle Photon loses connection to the cloud. It tries to establish a new connection (cyan led flashes), but this does not succeed or only after very many attempts. Between the attempts, the led always lights up yellow twice. Sometimes I have to reset the device first because it hangs endlessly in this loop. What is the cause ?

Some extra recommendations:
-Review the physical condition of the devices, pay specific attention to the antenna and connector.
-If it’s located in a building maybe you can move near to windows or test in other locations only to discard that it’s a problem related to the building.
-If you are using the manual mode, first try to use the automatic mode to be sure that all the hardware is well.
