Hello Everybody,
As it is right after the holidays, I wish you all a Happy New Year.
I am designing a UV Led Circuit. I will share the schematic if you would like but its pretty straight forward 20 SMD-0603 UV(Ultra Violet) Led’s in Parallel. 20 LED’s I can use sparkfun’s 400mAh, 3.7Volt Lipo Battery. I chose to do the circuit in parallel because the math works out so nicely. Each Led has a 25mA Max IF (Max forward current) but optimal current is 20mA and 3.6 Volts is the optimal voltage!
Questions
-
Would it be possible to have this put on to a flexible PCB? I want to make a wrist band.
-
Should I Add 1ohm resistors just to be safe? in terms of Current and Voltage Mathematically I don’t need them; providing me more space on the PCB.
-
Would a Capacitor in series with battery be helpful considering that a circuit that moves and bends may have temporary current fluctuations or even short circuits?
Thanks.
