Flashing Orange on Photon 2 after using doctor

I used doctor from the website using Chrome at Device Doctor | Tools | Particle

After flashing it and after reset it starts out solid green for a few seconds, then flashes an orange color twice and then goes to flashing cyan, then solid green, and then back through this cycle repeatedly. Is this the doctor firmware on the device? I read through the LED code documentation but I couldn't didn't see anything on two blinks of orange.

Flashing my firmware onto the device seems to have no effect even though the flashing process through particle workbench appears to flash without issue.

When refreshing doctor in chrome with the device it appears to show that all parts are good and as they are checked off green.

The solid green is not an expected color. However two orange blinks followed by blinking cyan is could not reach internet. For the Photon 2, it was able to reach the gateway for your LAN, but could not reach the Internet.
