Flashing fast cyan with red

Hi,
I’m having trouble with a photon.
I’ve never been able to claim it to my account, I’ve tried everything I can think of.
It responds to the buttons, I can do a reset of it, and get it to flash blue.
When I go thru the add process from an iPhone, it goes thru many steps, then it fails at verify device ownership. The Wifi Password is correct. I get it to flash cyan about 3-4 flashes per second, interspersed with a very fast red flash of about 4 flashes in half a second.
The frequency that the red flashes occur is variable, starting at about every second for the first 5 sec, then every 3 sec for the next 15 seconds, then a longer period. All times very approximate.

Anyone know what this is? Is there a way to fix it?

That looks very much like an issue we know as cyan with red burst
To cure it try CLI with the device in DFU Mode

particle keys server
particle keys doctor <yourDeviceID>

Thanks for the reply. Not sure if I’m up to speed enough to pull off a fix with the CLI. I don’t have much experience with it, and what I do have has been mostly unsuccessful!

I’ll try to figure that out, though.
