Fast cyan then faster magenta

Hi

We are having a problem with an electron whereby it will get a connection in the usual way and a few hours later the connection is dropped.

When we get to the device the RGB is flashing cyan fast (like what it does when it does an initial connection to the cloud or a reconnection) but instead of then transitioning to breathing cyan, there is a short burst of even faster magenta flashes. Thereafter it returns to fast cyan flashing.

We have this firmware working on other devices except we changed the APN setting to another cellular provider.

It would point to the sim card - however this sim is fine in cell phones. And since we have a stable connection for many hours we don’t know what the problem could be.

Has anyone experienced this or have some thoughts on where to start troubleshooting

These symptoms can also be caused by heap fragmentation.

Thanks for your response. I thought heap fragmentation is fast cyan and then red flashing. We are seeing fast cyan and then magenta.

Heap fragmemtation has no particular color code but may result in any kind of call to fail resulting in sometimes unexpected patterns.

Thanks. We have reduced the file size as it has high. Hopefully that solves the problem
