E Series Evaluation Kit question

I have a question, the E series evaluation kit Does it have the same characteristics that the E series Electron module?, I mean if it is configured the same as the E Series 3G Module (Global), activating it from my Particle account, also I want to know if it is a module that I can program to my liking or is it limited?
Can I use the Evaluation Kit as if it were a E Series 3G Module (Global)?

Can you help me with these questions? or who could solve this question for me?

Hi there,

Yes, the E-Series evaluation board is an E-Series module soldered onto a carrier board with all pins and functions available. It provides a good base to test/plan your own carrier board.
You could also build on an Electron, and use the same code on the E-Series.
