DFU driver Windows 10

I have my Photon connected with the supplied USB cable. I can use CLI from a cmd window just fine. This Photon was claimed and was on my WiFi network. All was well until I had a brown out of power and now the Photon is rapid flashing cyan and red burst. I think I have a key problem?
I want to run particle keys doctor with the Photon in DFU mode. I put the Photon in DFU mode and run particle keys doctor 2c002e001147353138383138. Get message that no Photon was found in DFU mode. Please look at attached screen shot. I know the Photon in DFU has no driver, just don’t know where to get the driver?

Thank you.

You may either use the CLI installer for Windows which also brings the DFU drivers to your system, or you download zadig to install their DFU drivers

Thank you so much. Zadig got me talking. Now I receive an error. Do you think my Photon is bricked due to power brown out? — below is error --------

Make sure your device is in DFU mode (blinking yellow), and that your computer is online.

OpenSSL is another tool you need to install and add to your path - that’d also be done by the installer or manually.
