[Device Reactivation] Hard Reset

I am using a Tracker One which was previously set up by other teammates a while ago. While I go through the device setup phase, it shows that the device has been registered by others. Since it's been a while and I aint able to contact the person who worked on this before, is there a way I can hard reset the Tracker One device?

There is no way to reset the ownership of a device in a product, because that would allow anyone to steal a device and reassign it to their own account.

The best option is to have the owner of the device release it from their account. If that is not possible, if you can prove that you are the lawful owner of the device now, it may be possible for support to help.
