Hi, I received a new Tracker.
The I/O thru 8 pin connector is not functioning as it should. It charges if connected, but I am using the Digital IO and it will not read the digital inputs. I have same code on 35 units and have tried different M8 cables.

Did you enable CAN power? This also controls the GPIO/Serial/I2C pins on the M8 connector.
It defaults to off and the M8 connector I/O pins are isolated when off.
Yes it's enabled in code ( like other 35 units running same code) .

If it's only the one tracker that's affected, you should use the support portal to generate a ticket, which could involve an RMA or refund depending on the circumstances.
Its only one out of a two batches ( maybe 10 in total ) but I have only activated 4 of them so far
If you have the ability to inspect the CAN_5V on the M8 connector, it would be interesting to know if that's being powered. It might be a clue to whether it's a problem in the isolation or the boost converter.
